3. Eligibility & Availability

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.
  • Availability: Our Services are available globally; however, certain countries or jurisdictions may have restrictions on the use of our Services.
  • Operation Location: While Edocare is registered as a Delaware C-Corp (Per Aspera Ad Astra Corp.), our services are currently operated from India.
  • User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws when accessing our Services.
